50 Strong!

In early June, Isthmus celebrated a significant milestone. We reached 50 active team members for the first time since our founding. And what better way to celebrate than with cake! It was the literal icing on top of our first all-team lunch at our newly refreshed office.

Isthmus has grown steadily and organically over nearly 22 years. Reaching a specific size just for the sake of growing has never been our goal. We have grown to provide support, capacity, and more meaningful project opportunities for our team. We have grown in response to the needs of our clients, our project partners, and the communities we serve. We have grown to innovate and elevate our industry. We are still growing.

We are interns, engineers-in-training, professional engineers, and project managers.

We are transportation planners, design technicians, hydrologists, and GIS analysts.

We are administrative specialists in Communications, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Office Logistics.

We are problem solvers, collaborators, and communicators.

We are parents, partners, grandparents, and pet parents.

We are leaders, organizers, and volunteers.
