Aaron Bruinsma started his career at Isthmus in January 2020 as a part-time Intern. Just a couple months later, the pandemic changed how he had to navigate his internship, his last semester at the University of Minnesota, and the start of his full-time career. Since then, Aaron has adapted, learned, and advanced to Professional Engineer. He looks back and shares how he started and has advanced his career at Isthmus.
