With an affinity for the technical and business sides of civil engineering, Andy thrives within the nimble, dynamic, and culture-driven setting of small businesses such as Isthmus. With a technical background in water resources, Andy's project management experience spans highways, transit projects, local roads, site development, water resources, and utilities. In his role of Program Manager at Isthmus, Andy leans into supporting the unique challenges that come with complex projects. Through observation and context gathering, Andy is able to take purposeful action with his inclusive style to move our people, projects, company, and industry forward. Andy is also a committed and passionate mentor for students and emerging professionals. He believes in helping young leaders grow to positively impact the future of our industry.
Andy enjoys spending most of his downtime with his family, but when he gets a chance he also loves playing guitar, working out, reading nonfiction books, and doing DIY projects around the house – especially ones that let him get new tools! He and his family are diehard Marquette University basketball fans and are eagerly dreaming of their next trip to the Final Four … someday!
