Ayub came to Isthmus seeking the energy and pace of a career in consulting engineering. He appreciates the opportunity to work on impactful projects with focus and intensity during the workday as an emerging engineer while maintaining balance in his personal life as a new father. Ayub is a quick learner and has become a versatile member of the Isthmus Traffic team, supporting both roadway and transit projects. Ayub has developed signing, pavement marking, and traffic control plans and has supported signal design and traffic modeling. He works in both OpenRoads Designer and Civil 3D and has experience with SignCAD, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM.
