Her preliminary and final design experience on Minnesota projects  includes geometric design, roundabouts, cross sections, earthwork, ADA design, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, plan production, and quality reviews. She has spent much of her career working on diverse project teams to deliver complex, dynamic, and accelerated transportation projects. As a project leader, Heather seeks to maintain knowledge of the details going into the design work.
