Justin has led civil design teams across all phases of design for large transit projects including light rail, bus rapid transit, and interchanges. Knowledgeable and passionate about leveraging technology and civil design software, Justin understands how to effectively apply these tools and freely shares this knowledge to optimize design outcomes. This passion has drawn him to lead Civil 3D training, both within project teams he is working on and in formal classroom training. Justin recently served as the Segment Civil Lead for the METRO Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) design, managing a team throughout the preliminary and final design phases of the project. He is currently serving in a similar capacity on the design of the METRO Purple Line BRT.
