Ronald has a proven track record of providing design and plan production support to MnDOT district-level design staff. He has worked as an extension of MnDOT staff to develop design alternatives, layouts, construction plan sheets, cross sections, and corridor models. With a strong conceptual understanding of roadway design, Ronald is particularly adept at leveraging Bentley’s drafting and modeling tools to automate the design and plan production process. He has also provided over-the-shoulder CADD training to MnDOT staff and has served as co-instructor for MnDOT’s Introductory MicroStation training.
