Ryan is a strong example of the Isthmus approach to developing an engineer. With the support and guidance of his project teammates, he has gradually taken on new responsibilities while continuing to expand his capabilities. In turn, he has become an irreplaceable member of transit project teams, applying his knowledge of Civil 3D to support the development of concept alternatives and exhibits, layouts, and plan sheets. Ryan's design experience includes ADA ramps and curb profiles, trail design, corridor modeling and site grading, typical sections, watermain profiles, and railroad crossings. And as happens at Isthmus, Ryan is now paying it forward by sharing his knowledge with incoming engineers.

On a typical day outside of work, you will find Ryan either spending time with his fiancée or in the gym. He also enjoys any and all time spent outdoors, especially biking, fishing, and camping.
