Shan is building a strong professional career centered around service — to communities, teams, clients, and the industry. Prior to joining Isthmus, he spent two years with AmeriCorps serving with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and gaining insight that he now brings to his transit and ADA design work. Shan has experience supporting plan production, geometric design, ADA design, corridor modeling, and drainage on several major transit projects as well as projects for MnDOT and Hennepin County. A natural collaborator, Shan is a member of the ACEC/MN Emerging Professionals Committee helping to lead peers in their career development.
