This project involved the reconstruction of 1.5 miles of TH 43 and TH 61 in Winona, MN including the addition of four roundabouts.

Our Work

Isthmus team members led the design of the signing, pavement marking, and traffic control tasks on this urban four-lane divided highway reconstruction project. The signing included the design of five monotube cantilever sign structures along with SignCAD designs for the guide signing on the project. The traffic control involved design of devices for five construction stages under traffic. 

Isthmus also provided Transportation Design services including 3D design models for four roundabouts, a four-lane divided approach highway, a two-lane undivided mainline, and all connecting approaches and side roads, as well as detailed cross sections and earthwork computations.
