When it comes to his career, the only thing Justin is more passionate about than applying design technology on transit projects is his enthusiasm for developing his team. Justin fosters a culture of collaborative learning which infuses productive and contagious energy into his project teams.

Across the large-scale transit teams he works with, Elliot is appreciated for his willingness to share his expert-level knowledge of Civil 3D. His collaborative approach to design furthers his own capabilities while enhancing the team's deliverables.

Adept in the use of AutoCAD and Bentley design software, Aaron is an enthusiastic team member who learns quickly and readily shares his knowledge. With a primary focus on transit design, he is adaptable and growing his design skills in multiple areas.

With a first career teaching, Esther is a continous learner and natural collaborator. Since joining Isthmus, Esther has mastered the use of CADD as a design and plan development tool.

Shan is an adaptable leader with a penchant for service. As part of the Transit Design team at Isthmus, he has developed skills across a range of project roles and is serving the industry and other young professionals through ACEC/MN.

Amber exudes poise and calm in the midst of her dynamic project and leadership responsibilties. She willingly rises to new challenges while supporting the technical and professional development of her teammates. Amber has been instrumental in the development of the Isthmus Traffic service areas.

Andy is a keen observer and inclusive leader who has focused his career on helping others succeed. Whether supporting design tasks, leading teams as a project manager, or implementing strategic planning initiatives, Andy is able to adapt as needed to navigate toward the desired outcome.

Ryan's friendly enthusiasm is contagious. He is serious about his work, while being genuinely curious about the background and experiences of those around him. While still early in his career, Ryan is described as a talented designer who readily adapts to new tasks and challenges.

Passionate about the role civil engineers play in supporting safe, accessible design, Andrew returned to school to pursue a career in transportation design. Now a Design Engineer, Andrew joined Isthmus as an Intern and quickly became an indispensable member of the Isthmus Transit team.
